Bouquet: Subtle floral and lime zest.
Palate: Riper fruit flavors of quince, preserved lemon, pear, apple, hints of lime zest and honey.
Winemaking: The fermentation was arrested early to allow a slight amount of residual sugar to remain, providing a soft and fruity palate, with a long, luscious finish.
Vintage: A cooler spring meant fruit set took longer than 2021 which is not unusual after a larger vintage in 2021.
Cellaring: Ready to drink now and will also age for a few years.
