It is great to have our Shiraz back after a long wait between drinks. We have increased our production of this variety so we don’t find ourselves short in the future. This wine is drinking well now as a young fresh Shiraz and will continue to improve over time and will also cellar well. It is typical of previous vintages, the same pepper spice bombs our vineyard is known to produce.
