It’s beautifully expressed on the nose, presenting dark berry, dried herb, fine leather, and toasted nut characters, followed by an attractively focused palate delivering a fine flow and layers of chalky tannins. It’s splendidly structured and sturdy with an excellent grip and persistence. At its best: now to 2031.
