Made from grapes from a select part of our vineyard this wine is a great example of what our site can produce.  Aged in French oak it has all the pepper, spice, dark fruits, and silky tannins that persist on the palate.

Color:           Bright mid red scarlet

 Bouquet:     Lifted pepper and spice

Palate:          Peppery spice with dark red fruits and silky with silky tannins that persist.

Vintage:        A cool climate growing season this wine is showing all the characteristics of a true cool climate Grampians Shiraz.

Cellaring:     Drink now as a young Shiraz. It will continue to develop to perfection in 2023 and cellar for 10+ years
