Whites
2021 Riesling $25

(Trophy, Best Riesling and white wine of show and best single vineyard wine – Western Victorian Wine Show. Trophy, Best Riesling Ballarat Wine Show)
Alcohol: 12% Colour: Pale straw.
Bouquet: Subtle floral and lime notes.
Palate: Crisp, balanced and delicate palate of the typical Grampians citrus flavours with hints of honey, passionfruit and white peach are followed by a fine, persistent finish.
Vintage: A fantastic growing season and ripening period this wine is showing all the characteristics of a true cool climate Riesling.
Cellaring: Ready to drink now as a fresh young wine and will also age for a about 10 years.
A & K notes: Drinking well as a young Riesling. A small amount of acid meaning it will be a top cellaring wine!
A & K notes: It’s still young, but it’s all there and is a beautiful young Chardy which spent 9 months in new French oak. As it develops further over the next 12 months, expect to see that buttery finish our Chardonnay is known for.
2021 Chardonnay $25

Alcohol: 12.5% Colour: Pale straw with gold hint
Bouquet: Pineapple, mango, even melon. Followed by crème Brulé like oak notes.
Palate: A streamlined and linear start to a rich, yet distinguished palate full of complex fruit, tasty with creamy notes followed by a clean, bright crisp finish, leaving your palate refreshed and ready for more.
Vintage: A cool summer with an extended Autumn ripening.
Cellaring: Ready to drink now or cellar for 10-15 years.

Reds
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon $20

Alcohol: 14% Colour: Inky crimson
Bouquet: Rich berry aromas with some plum and blackcurrants in the mix.
Palate: Red cherry and blueberry dominate with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Pronounced oak tannins.
Vintage: A typical Grampians growing season. Warm summer and ideal ripening conditions. This Cabernet is a perfect example of a Grampians Cabernet.
Cellaring: This wine can be enjoyed now if left to breath but will soften with cellaring. It will be at its premium in 2020 and can be cellared for at least 10 years.
A & K notes: The 2019 has a bit more depth to it than the 2018 vintage with a small amount of our Shiraz blended through. A great example of a Grampians Cabernet.
2020 Shiraz / Viognier $18

Alcohol: 14.5% Colour: Inky crimson
Bouquet: Blackberry, spice, melon
Palate: Concentrated fruit that is medium bodied, succulent and long with a marmalade finish.
Vintage: A hot and dry growing season meant the vines ripened quickly and crops were lower than average.
Blend: 88% Shiraz- 12% Viognier
Cellaring: 10-15 years
A & K notes: If you are looking for something a bit different, give this one a go. The 12% Viognier gives off an almost floral bouquet. A soft red, perfect for summer.
2021 Tempranillo
tem-prah-nee-oh – $28
Alcohol: 14% Colour: Bright magenta.
Bouquet: Ripe cherries, red plum and touch of gun smoke, asphalt, and tar.
Palate: Generous palate showing soft and juicy fruits, subtly complex structure but its all about the fresh red fruits.
Vintage: A cool summer with an extended Autumn ripening.
Cellaring: 5-10 years.
A & K notes: This cracker of a wine, is a bold example of Tempranillo. Its smooth, delicious and non-complicated. Don’t overthink it, just drink it!
2019 A.T. Shiraz $35
A – T – shih-rahz
Alcohol: 14.5% Colour: Bright mid red scarlet
Bouquet: Lifted white pepper and spice
Palate: Peppery spice with red cherry and blueberry dominate with silky tannins that persist.
Cellaring: This wine is drinking well now and should age for ten years or more.
Vintage: A near perfect growing season and ripening period this wine is showing all the characteristics of a true cool climate Grampians Shiraz with dominate pepper and spice.
Cellaring: This wine is drinking well now and should age for ten years or more.
A & K notes: Made from fruit from our premium shiraz block, it has it all going on…. Pepper, spice and all things nice! Limited amounts available so unfortunately you will have to take our word for it. (Andrew wouldn’t put his initials on the label if it wasn’t something special).
