The terroir speaks and you can’t help but listen. The scent and flavour of the Aussie bush, of menthol, pepper and bracken plays a strong role here, blended nicely with ripe black fruits, blue berries and choc-mint characters, showing supple tannins. It is altogether well articulated and representative of the land.
