We are clearing out some stock and decided to package up some Riesling vintages for you to enjoy.  This limited 6 pack offer includes 2 each of the following vintages:

2021 Riesling

This was one of our best yet!  A drier styled Riesling that has aged well and drinking perfectly right now.  It made us pretty proud a couple of years ago winning us 4 trophies from 2 wine shows and receiving 95points from James Halliday.

2022 Riesling

A drier styled Riesling. We aimed for minimal wine maker intervention with the 2022 Riesling not putting it through the cold stabilization process as it is an energy intensive process and doesn’t necessarily improve the quality of the wine.  In fact, some believe that stripping these tartrates out negatively affects the wine’s flavour and mouthfeel.  When this process is skipped you can be left with tartrate crystals or what winemakers sometimes term ‘wine diamond,  Wine Diamonds.

If you are lucky enough to get the last glass from the bottle, smile, to yourself and count yourself lucky – you’ve found diamonds!

2023 Riesling

A young and fresh wine that you can either enjoy now or it will cellar well for many years. Crisp, balanced and delicate palate of the typical Grampians citrus flavors with hints of honey, passionfruit and white peach.

Grampians Riesling is generally undervalued and then some. This is delicious upfront and lengthy down back, its lime and apple flavors both cutting and sweet-fruited at once. One sip and you want another. Intensity is very good here, as is moreish-ness.
