Bouquet: Pineapple, mango, even melon. Followed by crème Brulé like oak notes.
Palate: A streamlined and linear start to a rich, yet distinguished palate full of complex fruit, pineapple and pears with notes of green apples. It is tasty with creamy notes followed by a clean, bright crisp finish, leaving your palate refreshed and ready for more.
Vintage: After a challenging wet growing season there were low yields, but this resulted in high quality fruit.
Cellaring: Ready to drink now or cellar for 10-15 years.
