Bouquet: Ripe cherries, red plum and touch of gun smoke, asphalt, and tar.
Palate: Generous palate showing soft and juicy fruits, subtly complex structure but its all about the fresh red fruits.
Vintage: A cool summer with an extended Autumn ripening.
Cellaring: 5-10 years.
Katrina’s notes: This cracker of a wine, is a bold example of Tempranillo. Its smooth, delicious and non-complicated. Made to drink the year it is picked, while it will cellar for 5-10 years, it is made to drink early. Don’t overthink it, just drink it!
